2. Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati per gli ordini: nome, cognome, email, indirizzo di spedizione e fatturazione, telefono (facoltativo), prodotti acquistati, storico ordini.
- Dati di pagamento: sono trattati direttamente dal fornitore di pagamento ([STRIPE / PAYPAL]); noi riceviamo solo l’esito e informazioni parziali (es. ultime 4 cifre della carta).
- Newsletter: email, solo se ti iscrivi.

- Dati di navigazione: dati tecnici (indirizzo IP, browser, pagine visitate) raccolti dai sistemi del sito e dal fornitore di hosting per il funzionamento e la sicurezza.
- Dati salvati nel tuo browser: carrello, lingua e scelte sui cookie, conservati in locale sul tuo dispositivo (vedi la cookie policy).

Fornire i dati per l’ordine è necessario per concludere l’acquisto; l’iscrizione alla newsletter è facoltativa. Non prendiamo decisioni basate unicamente su trattamenti automatizzati.
4. A chi comunichiamo i dati
Ai soggetti che ci aiutano a fornire il servizio, nominati ove necessario responsabili del trattamento (art. 28 GDPR): fornitore di hosting [HOSTING], piattaforma e-commerce e pagamenti [STRIPE / SHOPIFY / PAYPAL], corrieri [CORRIERI], servizio email e newsletter [PROVIDER], consulenti fiscali e contabili. Il sito carica i caratteri tipografici da Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd), che riceve l’indirizzo IP del visitatore. I dati non vengono diffusi né venduti.
5. Trasferimenti fuori dallo SEE
Alcuni fornitori possono trattare dati fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo (es. Stati Uniti). In questi casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base di una decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea (es. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) o di clausole contrattuali standard.
6. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, e opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15–22 GDPR); puoi revocare il consenso senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento precedente. 7. Minori

2. What data we process
- Order data: first and last name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (optional), products purchased, order history.
- Payment data: processed directly by the payment provider ([STRIPE / PAYPAL]); we only receive the outcome and partial information (e.g. the last 4 digits of the card).
- Newsletter: email, only if you sign up.
- Requests and withdrawals: the data you send us by email or through the “withdraw from contract here” form.
- Browsing data: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected by the website systems and the hosting provider for operation and security.
- Data stored in your browser: cart, language and cookie choices, kept locally on your device (see the cookie policy).

Providing order data is necessary to complete a purchase; the newsletter is optional. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
4. Who we share data with
With the companies that help us provide the service, appointed as processors where required (art. 28 GDPR): hosting provider [HOSTING], e-commerce and payment platform [STRIPE / SHOPIFY / PAYPAL], couriers [COURIERS], email and newsletter service [PROVIDER], tax and accounting advisers. The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd), which receives the visitor’s IP address. Data is never published or sold.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the United States). In that case the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (e.g. the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (articles 15–22 GDPR); you can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. 7. Children
